Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are the basis of the contractual relationship between you, the passenger and us, DreamChinaTour. By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, please be sure to read these terms carefully, understand and accept these terms and conditions.
RESERVATION
1. Once you receive your travel inquiry, one of our professional tour consultants will begin to help you create a travel plan based on your needs and interests within 24 hours. Your travel advisor will be able to contact you 1-on-1 until you are satisfied with the travel plan.
2. After you confirm this travel plan with us, we ask that you make the deposit payment to secure your reservation. Upon receiving your deposit, we will deal with the final reservation
3. 3. We highly recommend that you make your travel reservation 30 days before your departure date, especially for the high tourist season from April to October. You have to pay everything if you make your travel reservation 20 days from the departure date.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
We understand that some clients have to cancel their trip to China in some cases. If you wish to cancel your travel reservation, it is better to inform us as soon as possible to reduce your expense. To request cancellation, you can inform us by phone, fax or email. If you inform us of the cancellation orally, you must give us a written request later. The cancellation date is the date of receipt by mail or fax.
Regarding the cancellation and refund conditions, see the following detailed information:
Circuits:
1. 30 days before the start of the trip: 100% refund
2 Between 15 and 30 days before the start of the trip: deduct 20% of the total price
3 Between 8 and 14 days before the start of the trip: deduct 30% of the total price
4 Between 2 and 7 days before the start of the trip: deduct 50% of the total price
5 minus 2 days before the start of the trip: deduction 100% of the total price
For the cruise cancellation request, no refund will be made if your request is sent within 30 days prior to departure. For cancellation of airplane and train flights, customers have to bear cancellation penalties if they have already issued tickets.
If customers are not programs due to personal reasons, no refund will be made.
-Flights:
All airlines in China have their own cancellation and refund conditions. If you cancel the reservation of a flight before the launch of the tickets, you have not lost. Conversely, if tickets have been issued, customers must pay the airline's cancellation penalty. Please note that we do not refund tickets with a preferential price.
-Train tickets:
Please cancel train tickets at least one day before departure, three days for the group. 10% of the total price will be deducted as a fine for cancellation of train tickets and the costs of our agency commission.
-Cruising the Yangtze River:
For the cruise cancellation request, no refund will be made if your request is sent within 30 days prior to departure.
ITINERARY MODIFICATION:
If you change your itinerary:
It is our responsibility to offer you a more appropriate trip as we can. Therefore, it is unlimited and free to change your itinerary before booking confirmation of your trip. If you want to modify some details of your Itinerary, such as adding places of interest, adjusting your daily program or changing to a new hotel after receiving the confirmation letter, we also offer free service, and we will do our best to assist you through checking availability and availability. However, as hotels / flights are booked several weeks in advance, changes to the departure or destination date may incur cancellation fees. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If we change your Itinerary:
DreamChinaTour aims to offer all products when they are reserved, but sometimes we have to make changes:
1. If cases occur beyond our control, such as war, fire, epidemics, health risks, hurricanes and other current or potential serious weather conditions, etc., we will have to change your Itinerary, and in this case, it will be calculated and charged / will reimburse any of the corresponding increase or decrease in travel costs.
2. You are obligated to pay any additional costs caused by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels.
3. DreamChinaTour reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary if airplane or ground transportation schedules change, and / or cases beyond our control cause necessary modification. In this case, any increase or decrease in the corresponding travel costs will be calculated and charged / reimbursed. If you want to change your tour, then you have to pay additional cost in advance.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All travelers must have a passport valid for more than 6 months from the date of application and necessary visas or permits before starting their trip. All these documents are the responsibility of the traveler. We have no responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents.
However, your travel advisor can assist you in requesting travel documentation upon request.
Tibet Entry Permit
Tibet has a unique climate, religion and geography and traffic considerations, and is not fully open to foreign travelers. Travelers must obtain a Tibet Entry Permit before traveling to Tibet. Our travel agency handles your Tibet permit after you book your trip with us. Tibet permit has to be applied for 15 days before trip to Tibet and given by our local guide in the former city of Tibet.
Notes:
1. All types of people can obtain Tibet permission from our travel service except diplomats, journalists and government officials. These people must travel to Tibet under the arrangement of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Tibet Government.
2. To get the Tibet permit you have China visa first
Double Entry Visa
A double entry visa is required if you enter twice during your trip to mainland China, for example, you are traveling from mainland China to Hong Kong, then return to mainland China, in which case you must apply for a double entry visa.
It is advisable to carry your passport with you at all times, because you need it to check in at hotels, buy airline tickets and change money. Also, there are sometimes random checkpoints at night for taxi passengers. If you lose your passport, you must immediately inform your embassy.
Notes:
(a) China does not recognize dual nationality.
(b) HIV-positive travelers are not allowed to enter the country.
Validity:
A single entry visa is normally valid for three months, double entry for six months, and multiple entry for 6, 12 or 24 months. A general transit visa allows you to stay in the country for seven days but it is valid for three or six months depending on the number of entries (single / double).
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Clients should take into account all the risks of international travel and familiarize themselves with the health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The customer is solely responsible for confirming the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health needs of the government in the countries visited or transited. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a medical certificate stating that he / she is fit to travel and his / her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement due to the possible effects that high altitude can have for some people.
BAGGAGE FEES
In accordance with the regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20 kg for the economy class, 30 kg for the business class and 40 kg for the first class, in addition to limited carry-on baggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibilities of the customer. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by the airport staff to load luggage on the plane.
INSURANCE
The DreamChinaTour travel package includes China Life Tourism Accident / Casualty Insurance, up to a maximum of $ 9,000 provided free of charge as part of our package.
Please know that during your trip, some risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: travel by plane, train or other means of transportation; disease in remote regions without medical services. DreamChinaTour try our best efforts to take the appropriate measures, but we are not responsible for such risks. So we recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance in your home country before the start of your trip.
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
If any service we provide is significantly different as described, please inform your local guide or travel advisor immediately, so that DreamChinaTour can resolve the problem and avoid the possibility of similar problems occurring again during the trip.
In the case of a compensation complaint or claim, you must inform us by email, regular mail, fax or in writing within 15 days from the end of your trip. Relevant receipts and supporting evidence must be attached to the claim letter. DreamChinaTour will not be responsible for any claim made more than 15 days after the end of your trip.
COMPENSATION & LIABILITY
• DreamChinaTour provides travel information and China travel reservations. DreamChinaTour publishes travel information and collection services for selected quality hotels, airline ticket agents and travel company & operators. DreamChinaTour will not be responsible for errors, emissions or inaccuracies in the information provided by third party providers.
• DreamChinaTour will not be responsible for any illicit or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, itinerary changes, cancellation or failure of any equipment operated by the providers or any other party that is not directly owned or controlled by DreamChinaTour.
• DreamChinaTour will not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to people or property, the modification or cancellation of itineraries in part or in whole, caused by weather conditions, sea fires, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil unrest, strikes, riots, robberies, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or circumstances beyond the control of Travel To China. Neither Travel To China nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries will not be responsible or liable for the additional costs of civil liability that the trip suffers or has incurred as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
• DreamChinaTour is not responsible for the failure of a client to comply with customs regulations.
• DreamChinaTour is not responsible for the theft or loss of any client's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the client.
• DreamChinaTour reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to modify itineraries or cancel the trip before departure. If DreamChinaTour has canceled any trip before the start of the trip, DreamChinaTour is responsible for a full refund of the money received from the customer.
• Many DreamChinaTour tour packages include activities that require care and attention. These activities include boarding and going to ship land, climbing hills and entering and leaving tombs and caves, etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives, but all activities are carried out at your own risk. DreamChinaTour, its employees and agents cannot be held responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said that employees and agents have exercised their duty and take necessary care.
• DreamChinaTour reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms and conditions in whole or in part at any time with or without prior notice.
MODIFICATION OR INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE
DreamChinaTour reserves the right to modify or interrupt the service to customers who behave illegally towards their employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior that is obscene, racially offensive, or sexual in nature.
