Booking a trip in China Travel is easy for customers. You just need to book exactly what you want and know clearly what you get before you leave.

Submitting a travel inquiry is not only an act of booking a tour, but rather a way to establish communication with our local travel consultants who are happy to assist with your trip to China. The travel reservation will be confirmed with payment only when you are totally delighted with your personalized travel plan.

The table below simply shows how to book a trip with us!

1. SEND YOUR ORDER

Select a sample favorite trip on our website, click "Reserve" and fill in your travel information in the inquiry form, finally "Submit". So we can receive your inquiry.

If none of our sample tours meet your expectations and you want to plan your own trip to China, simply fill out the "Tailor Made Travel" form for custom travel to tell us the things you want to see and do, the places you want to travel, We will customize an itinerary based on your requirements to meet your exact needs.

Choose a favorite trip and click "Book".

Fill in the form " Custom Travel" and "Send".

Fill in the form "Personalize Your Trip" in Home, on the right side or at the bottom of the pages and "Submit" to us.

Enter the " Contact" page to leave your detailed travel information or questions to us.

2. RECEIVE ITINERARY AND BUDGET

Based on your request and consultation, your personal tour advisor will design an itinerary for your trip, including details of hotels, sightseeing tours, food, etc., and give you a reasonable price.

3. MODIFY YOUR FREE TRIP

Your tour advisor has just proposed the provisional itinerary plan, and you can discuss all the details of the travel plan until you are fully satisfied with it.

Just feel free to express your wishes, and take advantage of the experience and advice of your personal tourist advisor.

4. CONFIRM AND PAY 30% AS DEPOSIT

Must pay 30% of total cost as deposit. The balance will have to pay 30 days from the departure date of your trip to China. If we receive your reservation less than 30 days before the start date of your trip, we may ask you to pack all costs at once.

Important note:  After receiving your deposit, we will start booking your trip. If the hotels and flights proposed in the itinerary are not available when we make a reservation, we will advise you on alternatives and request your opinions until you agree. After finishing the reservation, we will send you the confirmation letter, and the documents to help you apply for a Chinese visa if you need.

5. FINAL PAYMENT AND ENJOY YOUR TRIP

Once we receive your final payment, we will send you the final confirmation letter. In addition we will give you the contact information of local guides in each city so that you can connect directly with them if you cannot meet them at the airport or railway station or during your trip. When you arrive in China, our tour guide and driver will meet you at the airport. You will start your fantastic journey in China with us.
